Premiere Beta and color control

I see others are reporting it keeps crashing, but when I did get it to work briefly, I dont see that it has an auto where I like to start, and it seems to me a new panel like DaVinci. Is Adobe copying another program? If so, why pay for Adobe monthly when DaVinci is free or just a one time fee? Tha new panel should be an additional option, not another screen to go to. Dont like it at all.
