Premiere Beta instability

Recently,  updated the Beta. Seems like there was more than one this week. Please investigate an instability of the software for me when utilizing the auto-transcription. At least the transcription is open while scrubbing to trim my clip. I realize it is a Beta version and not complaining, just observing that I was able to repeat the actions that produced the crash of the program

    @TZMH8190,

    This appears fixed when I updated to 26.3.0.58. I transcribed, then edited in timeline. Nothing I did created the crash.

    Thanks for reporting! I can replicate. Silent crash (instant close, no crash dialogue). I reset my preferences, clear cache, and reset plugin cache every time I update. I repeated that after the first crash; same issue. My transcription appears to finish (but there is no transcript). I do not get a “No dialogue found” like the current error for some users in the release version. (I do not experience that issue.)

    I have a screen recording, but I won’t delay to prep it.

    There is a build almost every day, and it is important to report what build you are on. Bugs like this are often fixed within a build or 2. There’s a special comment icon in the upper right of the Beta version. When you click it and pick “report a bug,” it gives you the option of copying your system information to paste in your report. That part looks like this.

    System info
        Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v26.3.0.55
        OS: Windows v10.0.26200, RAM: 63.80 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 16

    I did not know this, but that Win10.0.26200 is Win 11 (with the underlying NT kernel as Win 10). Any build number starting at 22000 or higher is part of Windows.

    Having the same problem, I am unable to transcribe anything. When I try I see this, followed by full app crash, across multiple machines.

    Updating fixed my issues. Good job :)
