Premiere Beta Ver. 25.6 Bld 102 Keeps Crashing

I opened a file I setup last evening in the previous beta bld. Premiere has crashed twice and completely locked my system and shut it down.

I'm working with a simple edit (attached screen shots) one video clip and an animated sequece the reveals the video using track matte.

All I'm doing is cutting dead spots out of the video track and tightening up those spaces by deleting the cut video with the delete key. Premiere crashed, never recovered, would not quite with OPT/CNTRL/esc and eventually my entire system crashed.

I repeated this twice with the same results.
