Premiere Pro 24 BETA (Build 13) Mercury Transmit doesn't work

In Premiere Pro 24 BETA (Build 13) the second monitod doesn't transmit the video from Source or Program Panel.

At the same laptop Premiere Pro 23.5 works OK, so I guess it is not a problem of the system.

System: Macbook Pro 14" - M1 Pro 16GB

OS: MacOS Sonoma 14.0 (Beta)
