Premiere Pro beta 26.3 not reading/playing audio on clips

- Issue: Premiere Pro Beta 26.3 will not play audio to hear and shows no movement on meters for the track, clip, or program. Same project works correctly in 26.2, but not beta 26.3.
- Steps to Reproduce: Add clips to timeline; hit the play button (or space) to play program; export and play
- Expected Result: See video and hear audio when previewing; see video and hear audio after export
- Actual Result: video only; no audio; can’t normalize audio because the track is silent, despite seeing waveform in timeline; works correctly in 26.2
- Screen Recording: Recorded it for timeline playing in beta 26.3 and 26.2; separate video for attempting to normalize audio.
- Premiere Version: 26.3 Beta (bad); 26.2 good
