Premiere Pro Beta Crashes When Opening Project Window

Version of the App:
Premiere Pro Beta, Version 25.2.0 BETA (Build 55)

Platform and OS Version:
Windows 11, Version 23H2

When opening the project window in any project, the program crashes immediately, making it impossible to access the window. Also, the project window doesn't open automatically when first loading a project. To reproduce the bug, launch Premiere Pro Beta, load any project or create a new one, and observe that the project window does not appear. Any attempt to manually open the window causes the application to crash. The expected result is for the project window to open automatically when a project is loaded and to be manually accessible without issue. Please investigate and address this issue as soon as possible.
