Premiere Pro Beta 'Get Graphics' frozen

Anyone know what the 'progress' circle at the top right of Premiere Pro is? Mine is stuck on 'Get Graphics' and says it will be done in 2 days. Not sure I can wait that long. What is it even doing? (see screenshot)

And why the sequence won't export to the Media Encoder?

Might that also account for why I can't drag things from my library onto my sequence timeline?

Hi, thanks for reporting this! There is a bug in beta build 24.5x19 that caused all motion graphic templates to be unable to populate in the Essential Graphics Panel, so you are seeing the progress for this action that won't ever be resolved. This bug is already fixed and in beta build 24.5x20.
Please let us know if you still see this issue in the new build.
