Premiere Pro (Beta) has been crashing after opening

I am using a MacBook Pro with M1 Chip and 64 GB of Memory, the OS is Ventura 13.3 and I am using the latest version of Premiere Pro (Beta) (v23.4). I have been working a lot of the text based editing and the software will let me edit a little and then after a few minutes it crashes and other times it crashes immediately after I open the app. 

steps to reproduce the problem:
- Open file that links to premiere pro beta

- open text based editing panel 

- edit and cut using text based editing

- premiere crashes

- go to auto-save and hope there's a more recent save

- copy over what you lost and save again to the main file 

- app crashes again

- double click to open the file again

- premiere pro beta pops on screen and then crashes immediately.
