Premiere Pro (Beta) not opening Audition

When I right click on the clip in my timeline and select, "Edit Clip in Adobe Audition", nothing happens. It is not opening Audible to edit the sound as it usually does. This is a feature I use all of the time and had appreciated how the programs worked together. 

I am using Adobe Premiere Pro (Beta) in the CC on a Windows 10 Enterprise.
