premiere pro beta not working

I updated Premiere Pro beta to the newest version and now nothing works, media shows up unlinked, when i try to link it it gives me a rainbow wheel then crashes. any media i click on to go into the source window, just shows black and doesnt play. timeline wont play either. Worked perfectly fine 2 days ago.

Tried to go to regular premiere pro and still the same. ive tried to clear media cache in both but still no luck.

its impossible to edit anything
