Premiere Pro Beta - Text Window Bug

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Set a keyboard shortcut for the text window

    2. Press it and it will show the text window, but it won't select it
 
Result: Doesn't select the window so you have to click it manually defeating the purpose of the shortcut
Expected: Selects the text window so you can perform shortcuts in there without needing to press the window manually
