Premiere Pro (Beta) Timeline Won't Play

I am unable to play the timeline in Premiere Pro (Beta).  I have version 24.2.0.078. I have tried in multiple projects but no luck... The file will playback in Premiere Pro (just not the Beta version)... I'm on a Mac, here are my specs:

MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)

Memory: 16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

Processor: 2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9

Graphics: AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 4 GB

Anyone have any suggestions or also have the same issue?
