Premiere Pro Beta - Unknown export failure when loudness normalization effect is applied

As the description states, the export of media fails for an unknown reason when the loudness normalization effect is applied during media export. I was able to isolated the effect in loudness normalization. When the effect is disabled, the export runs perfectly.
