    @Studio_Fauna2293,

    Sorry I did not see your response yesterday.

    I'm assuming you are on Windows.

    Hold shift down when you launch PR; in the dialogue that appears, select all 4 items to reset.

    Does that allow you to get to preferences?

    The Beta version updates almost every day. Bugs come and go, and sometimes you just have to wait for one to be fixed. But I use the reset method every time I start a new Beta version for the first time, and I think that helps avoid some problems. This is one of the reasons I don't recommend the Beta version for production work.

    But because the build changes so often, we need to know your exact version of PR Beta. Help -> About Premier Pro. The current Beta version is 26.0.0, and I am on Build 9, but Build 14 is now available.

    Hello Stan, It is the problem I can't reach to delete cache files menu inside Premiere Pro. When I click on any menu from preferences it freezes.

    I use the latest version of Premiere Pro. I uninstall directly and reinstall again.

    Thanks

    @Studio_Fauna2293,

    What version of Premiere Pro? What operating system?

    By "cleaned the disk," do you mean you used the Adobe cleaner program to uninstall? If not, did you reset your preferences and delete cache files?

    Stan

    I deleted and reinstalled Premiere Pro, cleaned the disk, and tried almost everything, but it still freezes whenever I try to open any setting in the preferences section. This problem appeared suddenly — I had never experienced it before.
