Premiere Pro Rotoscoping Export Via Media Encoder Error (Beta)

I’m running into an issue where my Premiere Pro export works correctly, but the Media Encoder export does not.

When I export directly from Premiere:

• All layers render correctly
• The rotoscope layer shows up with no problems
• Other layers on the same video track also render normally

When I export the same sequence using Media Encoder:

• The rotoscope layer disappears completely
• Other layers on the same track also fail to render
• Media Encoder only shows a generic “Warning” but no specific error message

It seems like Media Encoder is not handling certain effects or track processing the same way Premiere does.

I already tried clearing the Media Encoder cache, restarting the apps, and re-queuing the sequence, but the issue keeps happening.

Has anyone else experienced this or found a workaround?
