Premiere Pro version 25.6.0 BETA build 14 lagging as hell!!!!!!!

I touch the timeline and after 30-60 seconds PP start lagging as hell, does not play video in the program window, just the sound, if...

And any actions (even just put the playhead on the timeline with a click, or select a clip on the timeline, or delete a clip from timeline etc.) takes minimum(!!!) 15-20 seconds etc.!  What the hell is happening here?! 

I'm workking with proxy files quarter size MP4 of the originak 4K, as always... 

IMHO the computer is indifferent, as the problem started to show up only today with this update.

    Do you by chance have in Preferences\Timeline your Auto Scrolling option set to Smooth Scroll?

    If so, set it to Page Scroll and give it a try.

    I have the same problem - used to be ablwe to playback at full resolution on Studio 2 Max even with massive project size - now completely locks up even at 1/4th resolution - tried deleting media cash (all), moving cash locations, restarts, importing sequence to new project etc. nothing works
