"process' checkbox for Loudness effect is ignored

I'm *pretty* sure that the 'process' checkboxes used to have an effect in the Loudness Effect on export (i.e. unchecked would not result in them being processed for loudness). 

Certainly v24 and latest beta do process the tracks, regardless of the checkbox setting.
