Program Panel Disappears on Second Monitor When Opening Other Apps (Premiere Pro Beta)

Hello, I’d like to report a bug I encountered in the Premiere Pro Beta version. When I use the program panel on my second monitor, the screen disappears and closes after a while. This issue occurs whenever I open a new Windows folder or any other application on that monitor.
