Project could not be loaded and contains outdated elements 11/21/23 Build

Download the Beta build for 11/21/23 and I'm getting this message whenever I try to open a PR 2024 project. Tried to import the project into a new project and still got project failure

    Worked fine in yesterday's beta build but today's build caused this message to pop up.

    Had you tried to open it in a previous Beta version? It could be a bug, but I'm thinking there is some change from an element in your project.
