Project wont export due to Error code: -1609629695

Hii I wonder if anyone could please help! I have a project, set up the exact way as I set up everyother project (I have also editied after this project and had no issues) I use 4k footage proxied down to help, the project is also in the BETA version of premiere! 

I have come to export my timeline and I keep getting this error messsage! 

Selector: 9

Error Code: -1609629695

I have tried a lot of solutions to fix this from:

- Rendering
- Opening a new sequence and exporting

- Exporting through Media Encoder 

- Copying the sequence into the normal version of premiere 

- Updating all premieres 

I have tried to google and look here for any tips - one tip i've managed to find is changing the Renderer in project settings - However It looks like MAC'S have dont have that luxuary anymore 😞 

Does anyone else know any solutions to this please?
