Project wont playback after update

I decided to update after my project wouldn't load Adobe Audition when trying to edit audio. The Render and Replace dialogue box would pop up but nothing would happen after. I thought there was an issue that the update would solve. But now the project wont playback at all. The playhead moves but the program monitor doesn't change. I tried deleting all media cache and restarting Premire several times.
