Projects are not exporting all of a sudden!

I've nee using Premier Pro Beta and Media Encoder Beta successfully for the past several months witout isse.  Yesterday, my projects were not exporing to media encoder, athough It looks like I can bypass the Media Encoder Beta and do a direct export to my DOWNLOADS drive.  Could there be a setting that may have changed within my computer or Premier Pro Beta?

Im using a MAc Pro with Sanoma 14.5

P.S.  I did try an older project using Premier Pro 24 and Media encoder 24 and it appeared to work.  Unfortunatley, I can't seem to transfer projects from Beta 25 to Premier 24.  Thanks for reading and hopefully someone can provide assistance.
