Proxy files now play at an interpreted frame rate

I have some 59.94fps files with attached proxies. 

I transcoded the full res files to 29.97fps, at normal speed, therefore, skipping every 2nd frame.

After replacing the full res 59.94fps files with the full res 29.97fps files, the proxies now plays at 29.97fps, but half the speed, as if it is interpreted to 29.97fps instead of skipping frames.
