Rendering Audio takes much to long

I noticed that rendering audio takes a long if you have a long timeline but only

export a short part.

Steps to repro

import a clip which contains 30 minutes audio

set speed to 80% and set mantain pitch

Now export the first 30 seconds of the timeline to a movie.

Notice that ALL audio first needs to rendered before video export starts!

now cut everything after 30 sec

Try to export again, see that the audio render time is very short now and export video starts fast!
