Rendering dialog opens, does it's thing, closes, then another opens and stays

25.2.0 b42, having a problem with Render, Render In to Out, etc..

It renders super fast, and the window clears, but another 'Rendering' window opens and just sits there, so you must <cancel>.

Sort of like the thermometer not clearing when importing fixed issue.
