Scaling data not coming forward to PPro Beta 24.6

All scaling of FG video in a chromakey effect was disregarded and scaled to 100% ainstead of 40% as the effect was supposed to.

Seemed to happen in ALL clips in sever sequences.

Effect worked properly in non beta PPro and in 24.5 Beta

Success. This build also fixed an issue with transition effects not drag and dropping correctly.

This issue should be resolved as of 24.6 beta 40. Please let us know if the issue persists for you.

Can you provide a .prproj in which the scaling appears correct in 24.5, but wrongly in 24.6?
