Scene edit detection - does not work v23.6.0.37

Steps to reproduce:
    1. does not work in this version.
 
Result: The "Scene edit detection" window opens and then nothing happens ("Analyzing clip..."). Nothing happens in this window, the analysis bar does not move.
Expected: I actually expect to have the video cut to parts, but in the end I have to press the "cansel" button and manually razor the clips.
