Sequence Settings with VR video - 2:1 Ratio Retains 1:1 square shape - Premiere Pro Beta

When editing Insta360 videos in the .insv format, it keeps a square ratio when using the 5888 x 2944 resolution. It adds black-letterboxing on top and below the rectangular image. It exports this way as well, making it unusable for VR video. Is there a fix for this?
