Simple edit tweaks crash playback engine

This has happened frequently.  Suddenly all playback stops for everything. Timeline will scrub, but it cannot play until I restart the machine. Nothing else will play, even outside of Premier, so it's crashed a Windows service.

This time I'm editing an hour long multicam sequence with 4 sources.  In the master timeline, I made two cuts and ripple deleted the section in the middle.  Then it refused to play.

It's happened before, often when trimming a clip.  

See what you can find.  Do you know what service may be crashing?  I could dive into services and restart it.

Using nVidia 2080tI with current studio driver.
