Slow reframes

Beta 25.2 I find it agonizingly slow to do reframes, either of shots or graphics I pull in from AE. I change a value in the motion Effect Controls and have to wait a good 10 seconds for it to reflect in the program monitor.

Apple M2 Max 96GB ram.
