Sluggish experience with new update v 22.6

Anyone else having a sluggish experience with update v 22.6? Ever since updating, I have notice a bit of a delay in selecting a clip in a project and previewing it, same in the timeline, and playback is delayed as well. I update to v 22.6 each day and it keeps happening. I revert back to v 22.5 and the issues disappear.
