Source Effects Tab causing crash

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Attempting to access clip source effects tab in either the Lumetri panel or the Effects Controls panel 

Source has Lumetri effect applied.

 
Result: Tab takes a very long time or never switches to view clip source info, and app often hangs and crashes. Not exclusive to, but worse with BRAW files than with ProRes.
