speed and duration bug in premiere beta V25.2

Steps to reproduce:
- Right click inside the clip you want to edit its speed
- Make sure that the speed and duration option is disabled.
Result: The speed and duration option seems to be disabled, it seems to be the same bug that had the option of nesting sequences within a project
