Text-based editing hard crashing Premiere (Beta) when making overwrite edit

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Select clip range using text transcription panel, place playhead at desired lacation in timepline, execute overwrite command.
 
Result: Hard, instantneous crash
Expected: Clip to be edited into timeline
 
System info
    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v23.5.0.25
