Text editing panel not moving playhead and not scrolling to search result

The Text panel used to move the playhead to the time of the word that was clicked. It does not anymore.

It also does not scroll the panel to focus on the search result. Clicking the arrows up/down moves the selection to the next result, but doesn't scroll the panel to that next word.

Is this a bug with the current build?
