THE RAZOR TOOL STOPS CUTTING PREMIER pRO bETA

Steps to reproduce:
    1. The razor tool stops cutting after about 10 minutes of editing. I can't seem to catch if a specific action is causing it, but each time, I have to save the project and restart the application.  I have tried resetting the workspace with no effect.
