Transcribe is now UNUSABLE

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Transcribe a video (mine was 40 minutes long)
 
Result: When scrolling through, random flickering up and down and general uncontrollability.

Expected: No flickering, a smooth scrolling experience.
 
System info
    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v25.2.0.7
