Transcribing Audio Hangs on Rendering Audio 22.4.0 Build 6

Steps to reproduce:
1. Transcribe audio

2. Appers normal until "rendering audio"; stays on that message.

3. I can take various actions. Nothing changes in the transcription tab for that sequence.
 
Result: Transcription does not complete
Expected: Transcription would complete
 
System info
    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v22.4.0.6
    OS: Windows v10.0.19043, RAM: 63.80 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 16
