Transcrição de texto de legendas apenas em inglês

Todas as legendas no adobe premiere pro estão sendo geradas apenas em inglês, mesmo que eu faça a mudança no campo de preferências, o programa não está gerando as legendas em português!

Esse programa é uma porcaria, ja tem uns 4 anos ou mais esse problema e não arrumar algo básico

In the Project Panel, right-click on a clip; pick Transcribe (or Re-transcribe). What language does it say? If it is not Portuguese, your preferences are not set correctly. If not Portuguese, can you select that?

Next to Portuguese, does it show a cloud icon? If so, the language pack is not downloaded.
