Transcription auto-scrolling stops working

Steps to reproduce:
    1. ...Edit transcription for a while
 
Result: Clicking on a point in the timeline in a sequence no longer scrolls to that point in the transcript (Auto scroll option is enabled)
Expected: Clicking on a point in the timeline in a sequence should scroll to that point in the transcript - closing and re-opening project resolves this.
