Trim tool (V) moves only some frames (PP Beta)

Since a week, when i am in trim mode the trim is only effective for some frames and then disappears. It works with alt plus arrow keys, though. Checked everything, inclusise un and reinstall and new settings. Can`t wrap my head around this. Can you please help?
