Type Tool not working also Problem with Transform if used on multiple layers

It's so much frustrating to find that Adobe PR beta doesn't make Text tool work smooth...no matter how hard I try it doesn't type at all. When I looked online many people faced this similar issue! The shortcut keys work instead of typing. I'm better switching to Adobe PR stable version rather

Also, when working with animations (like transform effect) on multiple layers or clips, it doesn't work well! If I increase the X axis it rather moves left (-ve to X-axis) and vice versa for Y axis too! TOO FRUSTRATING!
