UI Design in TL doesnt look good

When I press Ctrl+ "+" (to make a small timeline) my lines between 2 shots is disappear, but when I make a video track a little bit bigger black outlines  is appearing

For me is very easy press Ctrl+ "+" to make a small tmeline, could you please fix it
