UI ITEMS AND PLAYHEAD CAN'T BE SELECTABLE

To troubleshoot the issue, I took the following steps:

1. I reset Adobe Premiere Pro's preferences by Shift-clicking the Premiere Pro icon.
2. I deleted the folder contents within "C:\Users\xxxx\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro (Beta)".
3. I cleared all media cache and temporary files to ensure a clean slate.
4. I updated my NVIDIA studio driver to the latest version.

Regarding the media files, they were shot on a Sony A7M4 (XAVC (XAVC/mp42) and Cannon R6 (mp42 (mp42/avc1/CAEP).

Thanks for the message. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? Press Shift at Launch for Reset Options and try those items. That should help. If not, let us know more about your media. You can also try a new sequence or even a new project if the other options aren't working. I hope the advice helps.
