Undo of Caption Track Format Change Does Not Update Header Display

Steps to reproduce:

    1. Change a Caption Track format (e.g. Subtitle to 708)

    2. Undo

Result: Track Header display still shows 708. right-click settings (and style options) confirms it has been reset to Subtitle.
Expected: Track header will match the actual format
