v25.0 error .mov preview with GPU Acceleration

i had a problem with premiere pro (Beta) v25.0 preview with .mov files. i tried to fix it with all steps on foruns and contacting adobe support 2 times, all solutions were stop using GPU Acceleration or GPU driver issue... but it not make sense (because disabling the GPU Acceleration the preview freezes or preview just not work with correctly smooth performance and i repaired 3 times my GPU Drivers), so i keep searching for a solution and i try go to Premiere Pro older version, v24.6 and the error just gone (and my work project too because dont open on this version...HAHAHA😭). So now it's working all fine, normal, but this error need to be fixed because in logic, the newer version need to be better than older...

In foruns i saw that happens in 2020 with Beta version too, but fixed on next patch... and now it need to do again, please. It will save my project work 3 days... 

My PC configuration is:

Processor: Ryzen 5 3600
Graphic Card: AMD RX 5700XT
RAM: 32Gb

OS: Win 10 Pro (22H2)

thats just my sincere report to an error that stressed me a lot, with the computer and support... but its no ones fault.
