vertical videos imported upside down

Is the persistent problem of vertically recorded videos being imported upside down in Premiere Pro Beta due to a software bug, or is there a potential setting or workflow adjustment I might be overlooking that could resolve this issue more efficiently?

I just updated Premiere Pro Beta, opened an existing project and all the footage was also upside down. 
It was normal about an hour ago, after the update, upside down.

The footage is shot with an iPhone 13 Pro.

Ah, I am so sorry for doubting you.

I can replicate this with footage from iPhone 12 Pro. Footage has rotated 180 degrees (not flipped)

Looks like it only applies to vertical footage.

Horizontal footage looks normal.

    Which phone and or app are you using.

    Looks to me like a phone/app issue.
