Warp Stabilizer

Nearly every time there is an update, Premiere loses the GPU connection to Warp Stabilizer (red render bar).

If I toggle the effect off and on, is back on again (yellow render bar).

Build 30, Nvidia 1070Ti (555.99 Studio driver)
