Warp Stabilizer - Stabilization Failed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Apply Warp Stabilizer to Clip 
2. Effect Analyzes Footage
3. Stabilizer bar goes from blue to orange briefly then goes red.

Result: Not Stabilized
Expected: Stabilized Footage

Footage and sequence settings match. 1920x1080 29.97 drop frame. Its a fairly smooth jib shot to start with and I typically use warp stabilizer at like 5% to smooth out any minor bumps.
