When audio track mixer is visible, timeline marker does not move

When audio track mixer is visible, timeline indicator does not move, it's frozen at the start point. On stop indicator jumps to where playback stopped.

It does it whether track mixer window is in focus or not. (window is on a 2nd screen).

Things return to normal if the track mixer is nested in a window (such as behind Effect Controls), but not visible.
